the address is already so vague; the time and distance on the job chit is often shorter, felt like getting scammed whenever app says "5 min 2km" and then Waze says "12 min 6km" or worse. the map pin is often incorrect, the message "will let customer know" prompted when you reported the inaccuracies; but hey, you should be the responsible party. the fare is not told at all until the end of the trip. they actually weaponize this basic info to drivers.

Since the latest update, this app has become a nightmare to use. I am no longer receiving new trip requests while the app is running in the background. If I switch to a navigation app or check a message, I miss out on rides completely because the notification never pops up. I’ve checked all my phone settings and battery optimisations, and everything is correct—the issue is definitely with this new version of the app. As a driver, I can't stay staring at the Bolt screen for 8 hours straight.

horrible customer care, bad prices , the bad quality of customers. and the map is also faulty. sometimes they mistake the pickup and the drop off. the issues with the app can cause the customer and the driver to disagree for no reason. at the end of the day you can end up tired and broke. they can also waste a lot of your fuel during pickup. and the prices are super low. and they always promise compensation but never pay. they are liars. and in app calls don't work anymore. extra expenses
