A decent app with room for improvement. The navigation system needs some work, no voice prompts makes it easy to miss turns, if you do miss a turn it takes a while to find an alternative route. When passengers place their order they should specify how many they are because we get to them and 4 people hop-in in a sedan leading to quarrels. The price the passenger is to pay should be displayed before the trip ends.

The latest update of the Bolt app is unfair to drivers. It no longer pays for the extra distance or waiting time. For example, if you pick up a passenger for a 10-minute trip, and the fare is ₦2,500, but the passenger adds more stops, making the trip last 1 hour, the fare should go up. However, when you end the trip, the app still shows ₦2,500 without considering the extra time or distance. This is making drivers lose money.

Easily the worse driver app out there, here are my hates in order of annoyance. Have to swipe so many times to get to go online, then have to swipe twice to go offline. Inaccurate pick up location. Constant missing toll fees at airports. Slow update of earnings. Stupidly long pick ups, and the use of a radius for distance instead of road distance is frustrating, I don't drive a helicopter. Oh and support making me feel like I've done something wrong when I have to contact about missing earnings
