This app is the worst app that I worked on. The map is so bad that if you don't know the area it might take you through some idiotic routes and the pick up and drop off locations are completely inaccurate. The customer support is so unprofessional and I don't even know where they are located because the conection is so bad that you can't communicate with them. Be careful with the toll fees because if the location is not where the toll is they will not give you the money for the toll fee

Was ok when it was the simple top-down map it was much easier to navigate. Now after this forced new navigation it turned so bad i cant understand where exactly people want to go cause its just confusing and misleading and turned the driving experience into quite horrible. You should leave drivers the option to choose whether they want to use your navigation or not instead of showing it down our throats. I know the city i work in very well, but it's just confusing and not clear and simple now.

I dont like the fact that when you miss a trip you get charged. even when you have enabled auto-accept. you still get charged when some else phone accepts it automatically on their phones. the other thing. my bolt wallet was on minus 200 and after enabling the auto-accept function. I drove for the whole week even took long trips to cancel the minus. and end of the day haven made 300 plus, but I found the bolt wallet was still on minus 48 rand. now I have no petrol and need to make a plan...
