Good 👍 but commission is too high, you will charge the customer a good price but give the rider small y? moreover, nowadays, prices for long trips are really bad 😔, imagine a trip from Tuba to Tame community 25 and you charge ¢122 is bad. The most important thing I wish could be added to the app is"if a request comes to a rider the rider should be able to see the destination like the way we see the pickup on the map before accepting orders".

I have been using the Bolt app for about two weeks, and my experience has been good overall. It is a great app that helps riders earn money. However, I noticed one issue. A customer requested a delivery from Mlolongo to Mombasa using an electric motorbike, which is not possible due to the bike's battery range. I could not accept the request, but the app recorded it as if I had declined it. I hope Bolt can improve the system so riders are not penalized for trips that are impossible to complete.

This app is the worst app that I worked on. The map is so bad that if you don't know the area it might take you through some idiotic routes and the pick up and drop off locations are completely inaccurate. The customer support is so unprofessional and I don't even know where they are located because the conection is so bad that you can't communicate with them. Be careful with the toll fees because if the location is not where the toll is they will not give you the money for the toll fee
