I've been using/trying this app for almost 4 months. I was testing its use/capabilities, and when I wanted to download statistical data, it took me to the paid/premium option. I thought I would wait and see. I had another event that I wanted to take attendance, and the app had reset or something, as all my data was gone!! :-( Reading some of the details of the app, it mentions that your data is never deleted! Is that only if you pay premium? I hadn't decided, but was close.. how can I retrieve?

Very poor experience, untrustful. Don't reccomand. The App isn't doing what they said is doing for Premium. After a reinstalation, data need manual re-entry, upload from saved local files has no effect. If reinstalling automaticly, means data erased without your knoledge, so, disable auto-update. Customer service no answer; they know what they are doing, ... .

Avoid - Data lost - No support like others have said, due to a recent update all my data for the last 3 years were lost. customer support did initially get back to me then completely ghosted me. Avoid this app if you value your time and data. UPDATE: I contacted them via email as they asked, they did not respond, they only reply to the review for show. So I updated to their 26th September update in the hope that they may have fixed the issue that everyone is experiencing. no, data is lost!
