I tried it for the first time and it was a pathetic experience. After paying the amount it said courier partner will reach within 1 hour. So far no one has reached and it's still showing as searching for partners. There is absolutely no customer support and only a bot responds a pre typed message. I will never recommend Borzo to anyone.

Extremely poor experience. The payable amount kept changing with small edits in item value. There is no transparency. The delivery pickup was delayed by nearly 50 minutes. Customer support is just a bot with no real help—chat closes quickly if you have specific issues. Tracking didn’t update for a long time; I had to call the delivery partner myself. Will delete the app once my parcel is delivered.

no easy user interface for customer care, no pickup even after 2 hours from ordering,, mentioned 40% offer in pickup of late delivery schedule but the final price not reduced even after opted for late delivery. so overall feel weird and kind of fear in using this app as I made the payment yet to receive the delivery. to me it's useless and horrible app.
