Ratings and reviews

Full of glitches and bugs 1. Add money fails and then you'll notice that the amount was added successfully after some time. in case you have retired in the meanwhile, congratulations, you have 2x or 3x amount of desired money to be invested (obviously your savings account is crying in a corner). 2. For buying, when I try to set the validity, voila. The screen is stuck there forever. I have to force close the app and now I'm not able to set the validity.

I buy stocks according to the amount I have in my demat account, but if I buy more than that, I get a message saying that there is no balance in my account. In this way, whatever charges are made, they should also be added along with it and not deducted separately the next day. I found this most objectionable. You guys should make this thing clear that whenever there is a stock buy, along with it, the transaction charges, whatever trading charges you people charge, should be levied all together.

I am unable to add bank account despite verifying it with UPI successfully. it's been more than 15 days and my application to add account is still in progress. When it was RKSV, they used to send Quarterly Ledger Details. But now there's no ledger report communication at all. They have got third class customer support team who just rinse and repeat the same old script.
