Constantly clocks me out mid shift. edit: no longer clocks me out. but it does now log me out every. single. time. I exit the app. even for a second. so can you fix that? it really annoying. Edit: fixed the part where it logs me out constantly. but the app itself is still slow, and it still logs me out occasionally. Also, can you stop forcing updates? im literally at my job trying to do my job and the force update takes me away from my job temporarily. I wish I didn't have to use this app.

Everytime when I open the app, I have to enter my password, set up a pin and I do not get messages from the office. Instead when they see that I don't respond to their messages, someone from the office has to text me from their cell phone. They shouldn't have to do. My push notifications are on, DND is not on and within 3 weeks I have had to update the app twice! It does get very frustrating and annoying to have to deal with so many issues.

Was fine before update May 2024. Now a nightmare!!! Now the app refuses to accept data that users need to enter in the app. You have to constantly log off and back in repeatedly until it starts to hold data. And then, when you are trying to clock in/out it constantly has issues letting you do so. You have to open and close the app on average 6 times to get a log in to catch. Unfortunately our employer uses this for everything. Programmers need to pull their head out and fix their mess up!
