• You will need a valid UK mobile number and identification to register via NHS login
• Your mobile number and date of birth should be registered with a GP surgery in England
• You can only add your children or people you care for to your health network if they are registered at the same GP with the same mobile number as you
• myGP is a patient-facing service that is approved by the NHS. Any data that you enter is controlled by you and hosted in a safe and secure environment. Where this data is received from your GP / healthcare provider, we rely on their lawful basis to use such data for healthcare purposes. This includes providing medical record access, and specifically access to Covid vaccination data, as part of your medical record, on behalf of your GP.

Very fast and reliable! CHANGE MY INITIAL 5 STAR RATING I have just changed my rating as for the last months, this app has kept having issues with all my prescriptions being rejected, and now, after all this time it's saying that my account credentials are not recognised. Moreover, I can't order my prescription. In addition, I have checked the app for updates, and it looks like the app is up to date.

Very easy to set up and then to login. I repeatedly use to order my prescription monthly and I wish getting a repeat prescription had always been this easy. I choose the pharmacy2you selection for delivery and they dispatch as soon as the GP authorizes it. My prescription arrives within 2 days and the whole thing is fuss free and effort free and how great is that? Excellent app, I highly recommend.

Unable to log in manually as it says my account is registered with a different user even though I could log in no problem last week. I usually use my fingerprint to log in but the option doesn't even come up now, sent a complaint as I need to use the app to order prescriptions and book appointments but not heard anything back.

What’s new

To better protect your health data, access to NHS services on myGP (Appointment Management, Prescriptions & Medical Records) now requires a stronger authentication process. If you’re not prompted to authenticate via NHS login or by manually entering your NHS credentials in the app, it means you’re already securely authenticated.
