About this app

Ni-kshay is a unified ICT system for TB patients and TPT beneficiary management in India and allows both public and private sector health care providers to manage their patients.

The mobile App has basic support such as entering patients, adding medical test details, treatment details, declaring outcomes, monitoring adherence (including 99DOTS and MERM) and performing various patient management tasks. It does not support editing enrollment details, downloading reports and DBT.

This app can be used by users registered as a Health Facility or a Peripheral Health institution, with the National Tuberculosis Elimination Programme, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.

Very worst experience most of the time. It is good to work manually instead of on App. Many time it is under maintenance n review taken from Nikshay data which r Incorrect many time while we have already added detail n when we try to download, some data deleted automatically. Most of time notification like "sorry, something went wong" and many time it takes so much time in loading. I think backend team unable to understand the error. Problem has been going on for a long time without solution

Too many bugs . In dispensation I have to click 2 times. Even when we add second dispensation, there is No output . Contact tracing section is even not updating . We can see pop up message " contact tracing added successfully ' But that section is still blank . Than after how will be we able to work ? We have to manage atleast 7-8 new patient per day . If we left that in due list , then when we'll update ? Even Test section is not working .

Worst application...There are many problems in this app, you are filling information and it gives error.In this, the option of adding villages is given but not all villages are available to select, due to which the information remains incomplete.I have just added patients for x-ray tests from June till today. But their risk factors were other selected. Now the biggest issue is that the Nishkay App ID of all of them has been created but the test is showing pending.I request you to fix this issue
