1) The app is only in Portuguese. No english or other languages available. The app also doesnt allow screenshots, so an Ai translator cant translate because it has no access. I had to use a second phone to translate the page 2) The package is not where the app says it is. My package took 13 Days to get from the sorting facility to its destiny. 3) Change orders were a mess. The app never gave me a confirmation that it accepted the change order so I had to hope

The support service on the site is not responding. I wrote three complaints - no answer.I installed the application and I can’t ask a support question, it’s not there. The bot will come now. Thank you, we accepted your feedback. although it’s surprising how parcels from Amazon came to my address before

Why do your employees act like they are not paid to do what the do. They are always rude, angry, impatient. They insist you must come downstairs to collect items if you live in a condominium. My order DT411*****7PT was not delivered, yet the employee updated the status that I requested to pick up at a service point. He called me on the phone once, I tried to return d call immediately but he was already gone. I sent a text requesting information on how to collect my item but he is too important
