Horrible experience. You pay extra when purchasing a ticket from a clerk, but when you want to purchase from the app, it lags and freezes, you end up missing the purchasing window, and you end up having to pay 4 times your fare at the end when your ticket isn't valid. This app is a pure scam and I wonder how much money has ZSSK stolen from people this way - and then they can't figure out why nobody travels by train anymore.

I bought tickets multiple times that were meant to be free, then the app doesn't give them to me and just says they were "already dispensed", when they are nowhere to be found, forcing you to buy the tickets full priced. Wouldn't be surprised at all that they intentionally don't fix the app at all so they can have their cake (promise of free tickets to SK students) and eat it too (money from students who are forced to pay the tickets they should've had for free). No wonder they're nicknamed ZSSR

Why in the world do you need to know the names of the passengers? It's definitely not necessary. No one asks for a name when you buy it at the station. There is no reason for the company to collect this data.
