Its been more than 7 years am using al ansari exchange. It is awesome but since they have launch this app in the beginning it was good but now several times i have tried to make a transfer but this app make it harder it refuses to transfer most of the time.

I've faced many problems using Travel card , and using the Al Ansari app to load money through direct bank transfer. Also, their so called "24h customer service" don't answer the call even though I keep calling many times. I may consider stop using Al Ansari in the near future if this keep going on. I've lost some money loading money through app direct bank transfer, once this is solved I'll consider giving 2 stars, else this staying 1 star.

It is not advisable to recommend the alansari application for urgent money transfers. I recently remitted 500 euros to Italy, but the recipient has yet to receive the funds. The customer service department's handling of the situation was unsatisfactory and lacked professionalism. Update today they asked for the passport, then I called the support team, and they said it would transfer in 5 banking days. So please don't send via Alansari if someone needs in an emergency.
