The journaling prompts are the perfect level of guided and allow for deep introspection without being confusing or too pushy like some prompts I've tried. I'm semi-familiar with CBT therapy, but felt the explanations and directions were very clear and easy to understand, even for a beginner. I also appreciate the financial aid application and am grateful for the kindness and understanding in the approval. The willingness to help even those who can't pay for it right now is a godsend. ❤️

I'm brand new to this app. But so far I really like it. It's easy to navigate, not overwhelming or confusing which i know some of these types of apps can be. You are guided each step of the way. I love the assessment test to help you identify where your at in your healing journey. You are encouraged to take the assessment each week. Which is great, you can see your progress or areas you might be struggling in. I will give an update in a few weeks. So far 10/10

I have been aware that I have needed help with my mental health for a while, but money issues have kept me from pursuing that. Struggles with my mental health have only aggravated my money issues and I felt like I was stuck in a never ending loop. I saw something about CBT and how it can help individuals with anxiety, depression, and adhd. I did some research and it led me here. I am so very thankful for the option to apply for a free subscription, because I finally feel hopeful again.
