It looks pretty good and polished for what it does. The whole security code thing is a bit annoying but otherwise the app is fine. There are a few bugs with it though, such as it saying no network connection is you exit for more than 5 seconds but you can usually just hit the back button a few times and it goes away. Also, it is identified as being a 'game' by my phone, which automatically enters game mode which is a bit odd considering this ain't no game.

I've been with Felix for over a year and things started out great, but over the last few months the service has fallen right off with data download speeds so slow it's barely able to perform a download and browse at the same time. The app is decent, however having downloaded an update and tried to log in tonight, I'm back to name and password login 😠.and then I'm informed something went wrong. 🙄 Reinstalled, enter password and it sits there with a spinning timer. I'm off to a new provider

it's a great app don't get me wrong, but you can't change next month's plan. I was prepared to pay $40 this month for the plan so obviously I hit stop payment so that money wouldn't go through, only to find out that it went through anyway, Felix fix this problem, I couldn't change my plan and it automatically took $25 out of my bank account even though I specifically told it that I wanted to pause my plan (update, this issue has been resolved to my knowledge)

Hey there, to upgrade your plan in the app, you'll just need to go to Service > Change my plan > Pick your preferred plan > Review the details > tap Next. Plan upgrades will go through immediately and you'll be charged the difference between the two plans. Feel free to message us on Facebook or through the app to chat further 🙂
