The "Customise" buttons are different and it makes things more difficult than they need to be...The Customise button before logging in is to decide which (only 5??) accounts you want shown.... After logging in the Customise button is to move the placement order of each account... To edit the accounts I want shown I have to log out, press "Customise" and log back in.

Almost never able to log into the app. Usually says unavailable at this time. The website also has similar issues of being unable to access the logon screen. Seldom a problem with our other banking services. This has been happening so often over the last few months we're seriously considering ditching this mob and putting our money into a bank with a more reliable way of conducting regular banking.

good app. I wish it had a function for people to tap pay like the westpac app, would be great to run a business with payments directly through the app with a tap and go function for customers.
