I recently faced an issue where I was charged twice for an order I placed. While I appreciate that the team acknowledged it, I was disappointed to see that the extra amount was returned in the form of wallet coins instead of a direct refund. I believe this is not the right approach. Since the overcharge was a mistake from your end and the payment was made in cash/card, the refund should also be processed back to the original payment method — not as store credit. It’s not fair...................

since I installed this app in September 2025, I always see most of the items I needed. "Sold out." For this, I complained multiple times, only chatbot respond, but no real-time access to customer care and issue is not resolved.
