Do your banking on the go: the PostFinance App gives you convenient access to digital banking and e-trading – quickly and easily via fingerprint or face unlock.

- Keep track of your account balance, account details and transactions
- My finances – analyse your income and expenses and see what you spend your money on
- Open products such as private accounts, credit cards and retirement savings accounts in just a few steps

Payments:
- Scan or upload and pay QR-bills
- Process and approve eBills directly using the eBill platform
- Send money to mobile phone numbers
- Google Pay: add PostFinance credit cards directly via the PostFinance App or Google Wallet to use Google Pay

- Google Play Store must be preinstalled on your device. Manual installation of the Store and installation of the PostFinance App via this channel or downloading the PostFinance App via a third-party provider are not permitted.
- PostFinance observes the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation when collecting and processing personal data. In all areas of its online product range, comprehensive technical tools and organizational measures are used to protect against unauthorized access, manipulations and data loss.
- If you lose your phone and/or your SIM card or if there is reason to suspect that the service is being misused, please call our Customer Center immediately on 0848 888 700.

For regulatory reasons, the app is only available in the Swiss Google Play Store.

Extremely annoying in the last couple of months. At least 90% of the times I try to log in, the app displays a message on the screen ("We are preparing the app for you. This may take a few seconds."). Every time I need to wait a couple of minutes, which is very annoying. After a long wait, finally, the login page appears and I am able to log in, but after this, the stressful experience is not finished. When I try to see my transactions again, I need to wait and wait, and nothing happens.

Thank you very much for your comment. Connection problems may occur when using a VPN. Please select another connection or deactivate the VPN.

It is a user friendly app but in my android phone after updating to version 14 I frequently get the pop up message "postfinance app is not responding" and then I am presented with the options to close or wait for the app. The latter works for a while until the pop up appears again. Please, may I ask you that you fix this issue?

It does the basics. Search functionality on past transactions does not work properly: looking for words that are in the description of transactions has zero positive Results. Editing a Search word does not work. It is impossible to adjust the cursor.
