Ritual makes it super easy to pay with either your personal or company credit card. Businesses can also conveniently subsidize coffees, lunches, dinners, or treats for their employees through Ritual.

Google Pay: Easily check out using a credit or debit card stored in your Google account.

Note: Ritual will only use GPS when you have an active order, so you can get your food and preserve battery life.

Ratings and reviews

This is a very great app. Easy and convenient and with it's rewards. I would rate the app higher but their customer service is lacking. Well, it kind of sucks. I requested (2) food cancellation refund requests (for the same order transaction) in Early May and they still haven't gotten back to me. There isn't a number to call as all help requests are through the app. Other than that, it's a very good app but beware that their customer service sucks.

Great app. Lets you skip lines, which helps when you work in a big city and everyone gets lunch at the same time. However, I've been noticing that some restuarants turn their status to offline during peak hours (lunch time), this kind of defeats the whole purpose of the app. This is just aggervating when I put my order together, and the next thing you know the restaurant is unavailable.

Worked before but location service is now mixed up. I work in Philadelphia but cannot place an order because even though it shows my phone's correct location, it keeps resetting it to Jersey City and can't be changed or corrected. It only looks like it's corrected but automatically goes back to Jersey City. UPDATE: I got a text msg from Ritual and they fixed the problem. It wasn't just me - my coworkers had exact same issue on Android & iOS at the exact same time but it's fixed. No issues since.
