Tenant here. App is extremely buggy. The "add bank account" function just loads and loads and loads with no sign of being able to enter account information. Along with this, it was very difficult to apply to the house in the first place. The "flow" of entering information seemed disconnected. The whole process from application to paying rent has had nothing but bugs and confusing in-app redirection.

In App is requiring an "update". I click on it and it takes me to the Android Store where I can either uninstall or open. The app is up to date. When filling maintenance requests, it is impossible to upload a picture or video that was previously taken. It will ONLY do photos or videos that are taken THROUGH the app AND it will not do more than one. Period. Just one. Sometimes two or three pictures are required to give a useful visual to the people on the other end.

If you search RentRedi in the Play store, tap into the full app page and the update button should appear. For maintenance requests, you can take a photo/video in the app or upload photos on tenant.rentredi.com. We have passed along your feedback to the team! This is one of the worst payment apps I've ever seen. It doesn't matter whether you click save payment source or not, because not only will it make you reverify your account by logging into your bank *every single payment* but if you happen to switch out of the app and go back into it, you might also have to reverify your account. I have only had this app for about a week, and it has already made me verify my bank account over 8x. Also it keeps trying to sell you overpriced renter's insurance.
