Software gives me. I'm not sure how to help you with that. All I do is ask simple questions. Simple addresses in the same zip code. And I cannot get any help from Alexa. The app is buggy and refuses at times to sync up with the echo dot The Amazon view is even worse- it is totally totally useless to me, without being able to make your own main screen and web browser locations. you would think by now alexa equipment would be to the point where it's actually useful to me. I change phone now I can't connect to my new phone to my Alexa device. Says I have to contact customer service... This is such a pain in the butt! I connected via this app but can't get this device to connect for anything. I tried to unplugging it and re-plugging it back in! Tried resetting it in the app and deleting it. There should be an easier way when you change your phone to a newer one! I'm also having issues with the alarms not working correctly! Some days they work some days they don't!

Keep getting "Amazon Alexa has stopped because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after it's developer provides a fix for this error." I have never experienced this situation ever before with any app. I use this app to chat with my granddaughter who is in PA. I am in South Florida. It's been such a blessing. The last week or two, a nightmare of not working or repeated disconnects. I hope whatever the problem is it gets resolved soon. Update : does not work at all now. So frustrating!
