I bought this DVR system to replace an existing analog DVR that died. I was hoping to not have to reroute all the wires. Not only did it work (thankfully) but the app is 10x better than the previous system in every way. The motion alerts are super helpful for scrubbing to particular moments, and the end to end encryption is a great feature. The app is incredibly intuitive, and setup was a breeze. I can finally use my security system again!

Had to upgrade my dvr unit because I'm upgrading the cameras and I got a PTZ. The app will only move the PTZ the full motion- if you want it to go up, it goes all the way up, right - All the way to the right, etc. I've changed the PTZ speed, tapped the button, tapped the direction arrows - nothing helps. The other non PTZ cameras have no issues with the app and function as they always have. Just the controls for the PTZ do NOT work

App not great, it's functional but lacking features.. **disclaimer** we do not use a NVR they're direct connected to network with micro SDs. There's no way to remember user logins, no reordering cameras on main screen alphabetically (had to delete and re-add dozens of cameras), no bulk sharing options with different users. Unfortunately after a certain number of cameras is configured (over 60 so far), the bulk share only picks up about 15-20. Then manually you have to go through to configure.
