First of all I love the idea of this app and I want to to work. But I haven't been able to even use the app from how buggy it is. Should be more stable and worked out for a fintech product. You are dealing with people's money. They've worked hard for it! I wouldn't trust an app that keeps crashing and showing errors with my money. I know it's early stage for you guys but as an app developer you need to at least have a functional application to demo, the whole app was blank! Nothing loaded.

A good experience until now. UPDATE: My only problem is that you can't simply submit your message to the customer support, as I can wait for someone to respond later on. But using the automated help is always disturbing & annoying in thndr & all the apps using this feature!

Very slow customer support. If you're not part of their 'paid service' you cannot call them. Even though you pay them to use their app, they take a fee on every trade. They will take a long time to get back to you and are slow at explaining.
