Can't login. When I tap on Sign In, it goes right back to that exact same screen. Every time. Can't even get to the point of entering my credentials, so it is not an account/password issue. S22 Ultra, all up to date. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, force stop, clear cache, clear data, nothing helped, multiple times, over the last few months. Phone is otherwise fine, no instability or issues with other app access. Needs a Zero rating because it can't be used at all.

Loved the app when first installed. Now I am unable to access it even though it recognizes me as it calls me by name in the email to change my password. I've changed my password with apparent success, but I'm just taken back to the enroll/sign-in page. Better not to have an app than to have one frustrates rather rewards customers.

Can't log in. Every time I try it just keeps trying to load a page and then takes me back to where it asks if I want to log in. Also seems broken when it comes to rewards. I got an email 2 days ago saying I had a reward. I couldn't make the app work so I finally went to the regular website and logged in, went to my rewards tab and there was nothing there.
