Not a fan of the new app. Asks for a time to pick up before you place an order. After trying to navigate through the app to order food for several people it asked me to reset the time. I dont like storing my credit card on the app either. Previous web app was much easier to use. Also ADD CILANTRO BACK TO THE MENU FOR BUILD A BURRITO!!!

The food is great, the staff at the Rockwall and Royse City locations are awesome, and the mobile ordering ap can use some work. I justed wished there was a way that Chiloso could do a secure verify where any veteran / military could have a discount loaded into a profile onced verified, that way any purchased made online would automatically discounts the meal at checkout and I wont have to miss out on discounts if im ordering online. THIS OPTION WOULD DEFINITELY MAKE ME ORDER MORE OFTEN!!!!

I had difficulty with getting my points on the new app. My family and I were at the Rowlett store. Our dinner came to $71.00+. I asked the cashier to scan the app just before I paid. He scanned it, but as of 3 days later, the points have not shown up on the app. Is there some way I can get the points now?
