App Constantly Crashes! I got a pop up on my phone (the first time I opened it)asking if I'd like to clear the cache for this app because it "has a bug". It would be nice to have ANY copy of my card. Most medical places would like to scan the copy but since Moda is "going green", we are forced to do it this way and the app doesn't even work. Way to go, Moda😒🙄

Crashes upon opening app. I've tried uninstallin and installing it 3 times and same exact thing happens. What good is this application if nonevof us can get it to load on our devices. BIG WASTE OF MY TIME. And..it doesnt seem to do a whole lot either...but cant tell for sure since the darn app isnt working properly. Developers, Please fix or offer up another solution please. Thank you.

Crashes on Samsung z flip 3. App opens normally, shows login info but when I hit log in it crashes. When I choose leave feedback it says data is not connected but it is. Worked grea on .my Samsung s10e. Hopefully an update can be created to fix this problem as it is a very handy little app.
