I paid for the premium subscription to not have to deal with ads. That makes the radio ads stop. But recently the app is doing pop up ads. They pop up every time I open the app or change the station, several times per day. It is super annoying. I tried the "contact support", but just got stuck trying to to talk to a bot that ignores what I say and just keeps giving articles that don't help. Most of my stations are available via other sources, considering just dropping the app.

I used to use YouTube music, but I got tired of them shutting off every couple songs to make me verify that I was still listening. It's my data, it's music, so I don't need to be looking at the screen all the time. Also there was an ad after almost every song. Another thing I like about iHeartRadio is that I don't have to have it up on my screen with my screen "awake" all the time. I can surf the web & use my phone for other stuff like work that I need to do & still listen to music I want to.

Good app that falls a little short. Since the last update I can not get the app to automatically download new podcast episodes. One improvement I would like to see is that you could auto sort your downloaded podcast from oldest to newest and play them in that order. I have several that I listen too and it is a never ending battle to keep them in some order. I would recommend this to others, but the bugs are flairing up right now.
