"Oops, something went wrong" went trying to add driver's license. "No flights found" when trying to add upcoming flights. (Hardly obscure airports, e.g., ORD-LHR, etc. 14 June 24 Edit: still having the same issue. 19 June 2024 Edit: uninstalled & reinstalled app; now I can't even log in. Repeated error message "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later."

Service does NOT get you through the airport any faster than the regular security line. About half of the time I have used the clear line it has been slower than the regular security line. It has not been fast one time. Considered how expensive this service it I would call this whole thing a scam. They also make it very difficult to cancel and the entire process of cancelling from inside the app needs to be redesigned. Do not sign up, you will regret it.

I feel like this was a bait and switch. When we first signed up we were efficiently led through a long check-in process and it saved time. Today, in Atlanta, we were sent to the basement for the clear line and almost missed our flight because the process was so slow. The passengers going through the normal line were faster. So I give you tons of biometric data for a slower experience? Will not be renewing.
