About this app

You decide about your Deutsche Bank MasterCard (debit and credit card)! With its configuration options, our “My Card” app offers you extensive transparency and the ability to control your debit or credit card individually and as needed.

The most important FUNCTIONS of the “My Card” app at a glance:
- Activate or deactivate your Deutsche Bank Mastercard with one click, differentiated and individually according to e.g. B. Payments on the Internet or abroad.
- View and check all expenses of your Deutsche Bank Mastercard immediately after purchasing and save the receipt as an image file directly to the transaction.
- Would you like to know how much you have filled up with the card so far? Our sorted spending history gives you information.
- A quick look at the always current credit limit informs you about the total amount of your previous expenses.
- You will receive prompt push notifications about your sales - you can also set this up individually.
Over and beyond:
- Initiate payment complaints quickly and easily via the app
- Always have important telephone numbers such as customer service and blocked numbers with you
- Find ATMs near you

REQUIREMENTS
The “My Card” app can be used with all Deutsche Bank MasterCards. These are e.g. E.g. the Deutsche Bank MasterCard, Deutsche Bank MasterCard GOLD, Deutsche Bank MasterCard Travel, Deutsche Bank MasterCard PLATINUM, Deutsche Bank MasterCard BLACK or Deutsche Bank Card Plus. The “My Card” app can also be used for the Deutsche Bank BusinessCard and Deutsche Bank BusinesCard Direct. Exception: the “My Card” app is not available for the Deutsche Bank Card Virtual.

HINTS
The app requires access to your location to support the ATM search. Your location is used to navigate to a desired branch or ATM using the ATM function.

To use the individually adjustable push notifications, it is recommended to activate the push notifications for the app. Without this activation, push notifications cannot be received.

Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. I have no information about my real-time balance. The delay between the purchase and seeing this transaction in any state (pending would also be helpful, but it's not accessible by a user). However, any retailer has access to my real-time balance and who now what else private information is sold by this bank to third parties. Also, I have no control over my card status, e.g. I can't unblock it if it's blocked after any usual transaction, which happens pretty often for no reason.

Nice feature to take a photo of the receipt. Now I just need to get the merchants to print it in font size 100. No zoom or focus option? And up close to see the receipt is a blur, but taking a photo of the restaurant across the passage comes out perfect. Should get one of the staff member there to hold the receipt for me to take a photo. Why does the camera not focus? Update : fingerprint login has not worked for months without any update from the developers. Absolutely disappointing from DB

It is a good application but I wish more functions , e.g., to change the limit of purchase per day and per month as in some master card applications of other banks.
