Forget about the app. Skip the bank all together. Took 43 days to open a debit account. I have so far had to restore my log in pin 4 times and they send you the new pin over traditional mail!!! The app crashes and it is a nightmare to find what you need. Also not all functions seem to be enabled in the app so you end up going to the website anyway and in my case requesting a new pin after completing a transaction. I'm receiving letters from all the services I had automated payments with...

The new app has a very much unusable scheduled transfer menu. If you have already hit your daily limit, you cannot create a scheduled transfer for a future date. Further, the description text field is broken. Every keystroke pastes the old typed set of characters plus the new one. The deletion of text doesn't work either (basically reversed behaviour of the aforementioned one but with removing a characters). BestSign requests not working if send by the app while in state of awaiting approval.

Since a month or so ago, I cannot log in from my PC. I use my correct account number and password that I've been using up until december, and it says to approve the login via bestsign with this app. As soon as I tap on the notification to open the app, the login-site on PC shows an error. It doesn't say what the error is, just a generic 'something wrong, please check your bestsign app' message. App is on the latest version. The phone is not jailbroken.

What’s new

You can now adjust your limit directly during a transfer if a transfer exceeds your daily limit. In your profile you will find our digital tour, to help you get better acquainted with the app. In addition, we are constantly working on optimising existing functions and fixing any bugs.
