Forget about the app. Skip the bank all together. Took 43 days to open a debit account. I have so far had to restore my log in pin 4 times and they send you the new pin over traditional mail!!! The app crashes and it is a nightmare to find what you need. Also not all functions seem to be enabled in the app so you end up going to the website anyway and in my case requesting a new pin after completing a transaction. I'm receiving letters from all the services I had automated payments with...

19 Jun 2026 - Such simple implementation, but still no update. 13 Dec 2025 - 3* I am reducing 1* each month this is not resolved. I was about to make a 2nd transfer now, because I forgot this issue and the app was not able to the - 300 euros I paid already. 7 Dec 2025 - 4* Big improvement. Please correct the transaction search function to be able to search negatives amounts. Only work around is to make the upper limtit zero, but this then includes all the debits which unables an adequate search!

Took 3 days to get a paper letter in my postbox with my ID, then another 2 days to get the one-time password. Entered it in the app, and it forced me to choose a second mechanism for device verification with yet another password. Once I set it up, it says it needs to be activated. Guess the activation procedure? Right, I will have to wait for another letter in my postbox in 3 days for the activation code. I'm thankful I don't have to buy a fax machine to activate the app.
