Forget about the app. Skip the bank all together. Took 43 days to open a debit account. I have so far had to restore my log in pin 4 times and they send you the new pin over traditional mail!!! The app crashes and it is a nightmare to find what you need. Also not all functions seem to be enabled in the app so you end up going to the website anyway and in my case requesting a new pin after completing a transaction. I'm receiving letters from all the services I had automated payments with...

It does not show my credit card at all. I can only see my debit account. My response to the developer: There is no such an option in the app. 1. all of the options in my "English app" are in German as soon as you get off the first page and want to change something. 2. with the old app I've already had my credit card visible and it was said it will be automatically joined in one. I called the service over the phone and even went to the bank and both couldn't help me.

Since a month or so ago, I cannot log in from my PC. I use my correct account number and password that I've been using up until december, and it says to approve the login via bestsign with this app. As soon as I tap on the notification to open the app, the login-site on PC shows an error. It doesn't say what the error is, just a generic 'something wrong, please check your bestsign app' message. App is on the latest version. The phone is not jailbroken.

What’s new

 With this release, you can sort, group or filter your securities account overview as you wish. And from now on, you can also manage your IDs in the app via your profile as you wish. If you have a Miles & More credit card, it will now also be displayed here in the app for greater convenience. In addition, we are constantly working on optimising existing features and fixing any bugs.
