This application is a risk to your account. When you attempt to transfer money on your mobile account, especially if you make airtime transactions, the money doesn't reach your phone. Yet it's debited from your account!! When you attempt to reach out to their customer care, they give you excuses but never return your money. At some point, i was told that there was no evidence of my transaction, yet the money is deducted from my account. So, warning to all: stay from this application

The app is unreliable. Can't view your mini statements comfortably. Infact, the app automatically closes about 5 seconds as soon as you open the mini statements. Same thing happens when you try to do a transaction like RTGS... Unbelievable...

The application is great and very easy to use thanks for the updates. 1. there is an issue with the "send mobile money" tab. When you select MTN it only allows to se d to only my number not any other number and its only airtel that can give alternative but still can't send to mtn others. 2. When you request for E-statement, it is not sent to the email.
