Ratings and reviews

Can't complain about interest because we all know what we're getting into with these types of loans. However, for months, I have not been able to login with the app. When I login through the website, most times, I cannot access the payment section to make a payment (it only shows the "back" link and then will not even go back). Also wanted to switch bank accounts and could not access that link, either. Very frustrating, especially since I no longer use the account it is linked to.

The service is quick and easy, but the actual application is rigid and lacks finesse. The application has caused more frustration than going in person. I have attempted paying early multiple times via ach or debit card only to be told that it can't be processed. Having to go in person or call in removes the convenience. Again getting a loan is fine, it's the back end that is sketchy. update - 08/14/19 the service is pathetic. thew company attempts to push the automated system, but it's horrible

Great when you need money fast. No penalty for early payoff. Also affordable. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the ridiculous amount of emails they send. However, I had a small issue when we were laid off for two weeks. I needed 4 more days to make my pymt. No problem. Literally took 10 seconds to change. Put me right back on track. Thanks CN! I've noticed the ones who borrow responsibly give good ratings. Those who didn't think it through & could not repay give bad reviews.
