The app experience is worst because I cannot set my biometric even though the app has an option. When enabled it says: "Sorry, we could not process your request currently. Please try again". It takes a lot of time to enter mpin everytime and to login. 2) View credit card balance in the app login screen never worked for me. Ilt is a good option, but unable to use. It gives error. Need to improve user experience and simplify the things to your customers by working on the key factors Please Solve.

I am using indusind credit card. Even after clearing out the outstanding amount. App still shows the outstanding and minimum amount is due, it's so difficult for a person to know, if the amount paid is adjusted to the bill. I use other bank card aswell, it's so clear for them. Once the payment is adjusted in EOD. Ammout to pay will be Zero / No dues. Can you please look into this, I always get confused on my credit card bill settlement. Should cross verify with statement again.

The App experience is really bad. Accessing the App is a nightmare, each and every step it throw an error (cant process right now. Try later). From couple of days I am not able to login to the App. Coming to their customer care number service, we have to try 4-5 times to get connected their executive. The call gets disconnected automatically at about 9 mins while we are waiting. Request the team to look into the issues.
