You will never connect to an agent. It always shows 'connecting' even after waiting for more than 15 minutes. Tried at different times of the day on different dates but it just never works. Whats the use of continuing a service when you cant provide it properly? And I am not the only one saying this. See your rating on playstore its 2.7. soon it will become less than 2 if you dont act fast. You know the problems but you wont solve or you dont have the resources to do it. Just discontinue

Good service but app just doesn't work most of the time or some feature stop working. I have already tried clearing app data and upgrading app. But it doesn't work. Also see other reviews many people not happy. I have emailed the provided address and hope I will get resolution. Update: It has been days since I emailed them n still no solution, worst service Update: there is no point of sending you email , as u never bother to respond after a while n there has been no solution to my problem yet

What a waste of time! I wish there was an option of negative star marking for this app. Trying to connect through this application, but no response. When finally I got connected today, your representatives just can't hear. I have fibre connection with speed of 200mbps, it's problem with your end. Either improve it or just stop this pathetic video branch service.
