Finding care through the app is incredibly buggy and frustrating to use. You will spend 30 minutes filling out forms only for it to say that something went wrong. I've talked with support multiple times and they cannot help. The app itself has plenty of other poor design decisions and bugs. Even though it looks nice, it actually is very frustrating to use.

It was a great app for me. Very helpful. Not the app's fault but since my company changed their contract, this app does absolutely nothing but provide a second opinion for me. I'm not able to view my insurance card, find docs or anything. And that's what i actually needed it for. It was great while it worked but, again, my company's contact with them changed so they no longer suit my needs.

The app used to work great. Now, since the update, it doesn't work at all. On my home page, the "Active Care" section has the loading symbol spining & doesn't actually load. When I tap on the "messages" icon, the same thing happens. The loading symbol just spins non-stop. I went to "contact us" & got a message through that way. I was told to uninstall the app & reinstall it to see if that works. Nothing is working. I need to get to my messages. The information in those messages are important.
