A very versatile app that makes planning more convenient and accessible. I started this app to get items for wedding favors and was impressed by the nice packaging, prompt delivery and overall good customer experience. My one complaint is that there are way too many options that are always unavailable. it seems more like a marketing strategy than anything else. Anyways keep up the good work.

I had a terrible experience with the Blinkit app. Due to technical glitches, my order was placed twice, and when I reached out to their support, they outright refused to take the extra order back. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when the issue was caused by their app. I've now uninstalled Blinkit and will not be using it again. Very disappointed! Now I have completely shifted to Zepto and InstaMart.

I was unable to download the Blinkit Lit app on my phone as it is not available on the Play Store. I had to use the web link, which is glitchy with the payments. It took 10 tries after logging in and logging out. Other issues I have are very few coupons compared to your competitors. Coupons go a long way for repeating customers.
