When the store opened, it was the best option for getting immediate food at your door step. However gradually I found it to be deteriorating. The quality, the quantity and even delivery of the food impacted very badly. half of the items are unavailable. Cannot handle high demands. Often orders accepted and then rejected because of high demand. No value for old customers. It's disheartening .

The food is very tasty and has enough quantity. Their prices seem reasonable compared to other food delivery apps. Moreover, their delivery is fast. We need not wait too long when we are hungry. I like Bistro service very much. The only thing is please support cash on delivery things also. Tell the delivery guys to keep some change with them.

Very bad experience. This was my first order and it turned out to be extremely disappointing. The order was accepted and I waited for more than 40 minutes, but it was cancelled from their side without any notification or confirmation. Wasting customers’ time like this is not acceptable. Needs serious improvement in service. Worst app ever
