I placed an order on the Bistroo app, and it showed a 19-minute delivery time. However, when I checked the app after waiting full 19 minutes, the timer reset and showed 18 minutes remaining all over again! What kind of system is this? If there is a delay, show the accurate time instead of misleading customers. The live tracking timer is completely useless. Very disappointing service—please fix your tracking system!

I don't really rate applications, like ever but this one is just perfetto, in every single sense, the food is fresh, the packaging is awesome, the portion sizes are adequate and the prices are reasonable, hands down the best app for a quick bite on the entirety of internet

Please never order from this app. I had ordered food worth 500+ but cancelled it in few seconds due the item issues. They haven't provided a single rupee refund. The total order value has been charged as cancellation fee. They can't provide a coupon code or refund or anything This is a scam, be aware! Their menu prices are also at certain range.
