Very disappointing experience. My order kept showing a delay, and later support called saying the delivery partner claimed a lady answered and said no order was placed, which is completely incorrect. In the same conversation I was also told the order had already been delivered. The information was contradictory and confusing. I had already paid but never received my order. Instead of processing a refund, I was offered “free redelivery,” which does not solve the issue.

the makhani flavor was present but not very rich or intense, and the spices were mild, making it suitable for those who prefer less spicy food. While the dish was balanced and easy to eat, it lacked the bold, layered flavors usually expected from a biryani. Overall, it is a decent option for a light meal but may feel underwhelming if you are looking for a strong, restaurant-style biryani experience.

Tricked me into making another order with a notification that said your payment failed, so I paid and it turns out they made 2 orders. the worst part is they never resolved it even when I desperately reached out. They're tricking us using misleading notifications to increase their orders.
