Absolutely worst experience. they never send the free items and then they say they have processed refund for the item which they don't ever do. I think it's a scam and they think they can get away on the technicality that the item price was 0. you have no way of reaching them nothing. they make fake promises of free items and never deliver them. the entire reason I ordered from bistro even though items are overpriced was because of free item which I never got.

Very bad experience. By mistake, I entered the wrong delivery address. I informed customer support immediately and requested either to cancel the order or deliver it to my correct address. Instead of helping, they asked me to pay an additional ₹300 for delivery to the new address. They also said that if I canceled the order, I wouldn't receive any refund. I found this policy very unfair. My money was wasted even though I reported the mistake right away. I expected better customer service.

The app shows that the store opens at 7:00 AM, but many food items are still not ready at that time. Also, one of the main reasons I use this app is for fast delivery, but all my order took more than 20 minutes to arrive. Lastly, while the food quality is good, the quantity is not satisfactory for the price charged.
