I had an 50% offer coupon. I ordered three items worth Rs 358/- to avail this offer. After my order was placed, and availing offer Rs 251/-(although it is not 50% of total amount) was deducted, I was informed that two of my items were unavailable. I received only one. I got a refund of Rs 177.45/- but I lost the full benefit of the coupon.Had I been informed earlier the unavailability of the items, I could have ordered other available items so that I could use the full facility of the offer.

I ordered 2 items for which the total price is 95 rupees. I paid using Amazon pay and what I am seeing is that payment is not getting reflected, we will get back to you within 8 minutes but nothing is resolved and my 95 rupees are gone. Even Amazon pay transaction is showing that 95 Rupees has been paid to Bistro nothing got refunded to me. There's no proper support system also.

Do not order from here, especially for breakfast. The food served was old and hard. To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. They refuse to give refunds and only give you a 6-hour credit that expires almost immediately. Total waste of money and a very frustrating experience."
