When the store opened, it was the best option for getting immediate food at your door step. However gradually I found it to be deteriorating. The quality, the quantity and even delivery of the food impacted very badly. half of the items are unavailable. Cannot handle high demands. Often orders accepted and then rejected because of high demand. No value for old customers. It's disheartening .

They are not proper restaurant that serve fresh food. mostly they just heat the frozen food and deliver. also some items are so bad that they get mold and fungus and they don't even check before delivering it. Food quality is not up to the mark. You get better food from Swiggy or Zomato where actual restaurants are listed. They give proper food that is freshly made that's why they take more time. Only reason bistro delivers so fast is because they just have to heat the food and deliver.

Most of the times the items are not available, but the order is accepted and then later either the order is automaticallt cancelled or it says that some of the items are not available, why do u take orders in the first instance if the items are not available. Have faced this many times now, not going to order from bistro from now on...
