Very bad service. I always order food from here. I mistakenly choose wrong address and paid online then within 2 minutes I cancelled my order. they neither didn't refund my money or arrange delivery in my location. so bad terms and conditions and their customers executive are helpless at all.

I had the horrible customer support experience with the app. they refused to refund my order, even when I placed a cancellation almost immediately as it was done to the wrong address. they did not consider that the refund was important. A huge amount need to be refunded. not 100% amount can be taken away by the company on account of food wastage, when the product was not even delivered or in my case not even left from the restaurant/kitchen. I shall never come back to ordering from bistro ever.

idk this app some cheap quality food and over priced food the boiled eggs smells, doesn't feel fresh most of them are junks no healthy food options, and the main thing that disappoints me is that, the delivery guy mostly doesn't follow instructions, they call multiple times when the address is given in detail, if you select the option of keeping it in the doorstep they will keep on calling. in case u can't pick up once they behave badly when u pick up. you guys need to hire better people.
