overall, the hellofresh app works pretty well. However in my case, there is absolutely no option either on the app or the website to add, correct, or change or the phone number associated with my account. It simply doesn't appear anywhere under any settings. I can only change my name and email address. I filed a help ticket with the company.

4/5 stars on the service, meals are delicious and is generally delivered on time. 1.5/5 stars on the app itself. UI isn't the friendliest but it works enough to choose and schedule your meals. However, recently my boxes have not been including all of my recipe cards. So I open the app to look up the cooking instructions, but they refuse to open. I have to resort to opening them on the desktop webpage instead, which is wildly inconvenient.

Yet again my meal is missing ingredients, this has been an almost weekly occurrence now for six weeks. This is becoming absurd (this week they did not pack eggs for a meal that literally had Egg in the title). The one job of this company is to provide ingredients to cook meals at home, and the paltry "refunds " that they give don't come close to covering the time, gas or cost of the replacement ingredients. The first few months there were no issues, it is now a regular occurrence. Beware!
