Ratings and reviews

Works well for me. Never had any problems.... After recent updates, charts will no longer load... EDIT: It's been over 5 months and charts still won't load on android. Other reviews have also highlighted this problem. This used to work fine so obviously broken by an app update at some point.

What is wrong with this app in last few months, half the time it doesn't even allow you to read the news articles listed...... One clicks on the news item and it opens up a blank sheet............ Other times it works, this happens on the chart also .........what a joke... Please fix this bug

The app is good however I do not receive alerts. Whenever I set alerts I do not receive notifications. I called IG customer service and they gave me incident number, I made 4 calls already and nobody is able to help including their IT. It has been 4 weeks now and they cannot resolve the problem. This is sad and unlike them.
