They say new surveys launch daily. I've been waiting for almost a week and nothing. On the website, I can only sign in using my phone number and password. When I install the app and try to log in on the app, it is not giving me the option to input my phone number and instead wants an email address. So that means if I use the website and the app that I need to have two separate accounts. Absolute horseshit.

Nice concept and pay outs but I can only get to the end of about 20-30% of my surveys without the app freezing or randomly opening another page in the app and losing my progress and getting 0 points. I know I am not accidentally clicking on something to take me away from the survey, I'm very careful about what I click because this is so common. Also clicking the next button twice causes it to crash, you have to be careful not to accidentally double tap. Im tired of losing my progress.

Wasted all this time to try and cash out and "conveniently" they say I can't log in to PP because my account is not verified. It is. Has been for 7 years. Contacted them and received a response telling me to contact PP. So I did. They said my account has been verified....several times (when moving) AND I added the biometric face scan option and fingerprint scan and still.....nothing.
