Only been using it for a couple of days but so far so good. Easy to set up. Everything works. I wonder if some people with negative experiences simply don't have a good wifi connection on their inverters? Mine is located fairly close to the wifi router so connection is always solid. Edit: The reported feed-in revenue calculation seems way off.

Constantly being logged out of the app. It takes 2 or 3 times to refresh the app to get accurate information. The revenue earned is never correct. After you reset it, the total revenue remains the same. Put in a 5-cent per kWh feed-in tariff, and it tells me I've earned $3,400 in 4 days (that would be nice). Support gives you an extremely convoluted answer on how it is meant to work. I upgraded from Goodwe to Sungrow, and the Goodwe app is far better. This app needs a major overhaul.

At best this app is flaky. Updates are slow and seldom work when you do a refresh. The PC version is always up to date but after installing a second battery stack, the PC version and the phone app never ever give the same reading and vary by 5%+. I'm passed having to constantly restart this app in order to find out the status of my batteries.
