Crashes constantly. The store associates do not abide by the wait time in the app at all, and will not provide refunds when they run out of items. Instead you have to go through the app and try 3-4 times to write in the inbox, only for the app to crash mid sentence. Then, good luck getting the refund. Very, very poor customer service and they haven't updated the app in years, they don't seem to care that it hardly works.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 1 because now it requires me to login every time I open the app and wont save favorite stores. Very glitchy, gives me driving directions (??) when I select a store. Not intuitive how to clear stuff from your cart. Awful at knowing where you are on a map, so it always recommends a different location that it thinks is closer. You can favorite a store, but the app defaults to "nearest". No way to add certain modifications like an extra espresso shot.

Good, but Tech team - please fix the changing location of the re-order! Hi, I really like the app, been using for 6 months or more. Love your food, concept, stylish premises, ambiance and many more things. Tech team, kudos to you. UX/Ui guys - I only order my delicious sandwich from one location. And I keep RE-ordering it, however the shop changes randomly. I've added even my shop as favourite, but that's ignored. Another sandwich went to bin in a shop 20 mins away from mine. Please fix ;)
