doesn't accurately report parking availability. fully knowing what's available in my city, curiously downloaded and did a search in my destination area for 1) ANY available parking within walking vicinity 2) available EV spaces in the ENTIRE city (not just my destination). only one result yielded for the former, and it was roughly 2mi from my ultimate destination. was pretty excited for the reported Android Auto support, but who cares- this app isn't even as useful as a paper tourist map

Hi - our service will show spaces added onto our platform by private space owners or at managed locations we have an agreement with. If you still feel there may be an error, however, pleas send over the details via help@justpark.com and we can investigate further.

The app is fairly simple, but could be improved in various ways, i.e., if a space doesn't have photos, default to street view / Google Maps. The main reason for my rating is the penalising fees for private (driveway) space owners. The parking cost parkers see is an inflated version of the price I can list (ignoring automated pricing) plus a transaction fee, then after a booking is made, I again get an owner fee payment, so it feels like you're taxed twice per transaction.

I use this app all the time as I often have to find a space in London at short notice. It's easy to use and reliable and has a great range of spaces at good prices. Only caveat is, if using actual car parks, check the tariff before booking as I once ended up paying more via the app than the actual on site fee. And do read the reviews before hand, especially if you have a large car! Spaces are often small and tight to get into - not the fault of the app, just something to bear in mind!
