I received an email that my order was cancelled and I will not be charged because they could not securely verify my card. Upon checking my card, the amount I ordered was still deducted. I already messaged them for a refund but until now there is no update. Also, my recharge history was cleared. Luckily, I got a screenshot of it as proof before they cleared it.

I cant even find the invoice page. My card was charged but no credit. Update: I sent an email and they responded quickly and it was resolved. Thank you!

Won't work. After one successful purchase a week ago I can't get any further purchases to go through and I don't hear from customer support.
