Actually this app is messing with us. I don't support this app at all or hate it from my heart. Because all these apps charge money for every option, we cannot even check our own balance without charge, we cannot get any notification without charge, we cannot transfer our money without charge. They also charge a log fee for transferring money locally. They also charge log for local mobile recharge. We use this app because we are labourers, our salary is not much.

Why need to update again? Every month I need to update this apps. Then I will have trouble logging-In. It's still the same feature and nothing's change with the previous one! It's not wrong to update the app. But not every month and still the same with the old version. But then if we have concern about the apps / Card , it's very hard to contact /reach you.

Terrible app.... NEVER EVER try to top up your NOL card from this app. It takes freaking 1 hour. Overall you can't make transfer within UAE as well. Totally useless. moreover they take charges if you make a transfer C3 to C3 as well. Completey BS
