The application gives constant errors; does not load the photo of the product (can't download catalog error) ; sometimes missing goods from the cart that are added even if they are in stock; the application freezes, gives a blank white sheet; it takes 40 seconds to load the photo of the product; sometimes the application just closes. What happened to Namshi?

I used to always purchase from namshi and used to love it. Huge variety and very fast delivery. However, my recent order, I purchased around 15 dresses. All of them were in disastrous state. They were tried on, with stains, missing buttons, sleeves inside out etc. So there is no quality control whatsoever when other customers returns the items, they are directly shipped to another customer without the item being checked for damage and atleast folded and packed properly. Extremely disappointing.

I recently purchase an item. All has problem, not only one almost of it, but it doesn't matter to me. The bra they put it in a zip lock! it looks like it has been used, the packaging is really bad. And sizing is wrong. I return the shoes that I buy asking for a new shoes because it has scratches everywhere. They take it, and when it came back it's still the same item.😡
