I 😄 really love this app... and my neo cards!! Been using this app and ALL** my accounts for about 6 months simple and easy, and I really like the extra ADDED accounts that I can name to save !!! wonderful!! saved enough in one account to go to Spain.. with shopping $$!! staying with friends has also been a great thing!! 👍 👌 Give this Neo banking a try.. You're gonna love it

Apparently theres no way to download your transactions, in this app or the website, to a CSV file for example for budget apps. They also don't allow connections to financial aggregators like Monarch to automatically download transactions. Very annoying that I can't budget what I use on this card with my other financial products.

They cancelled my old card when they sent out a new replacement as it was set to expire in a month. Unfortunately could not make purchases on card that expired in a month and still have not received new card. Attempted to make purchase and it was declined. At no point was this communicated to me. I guess NEO does not want me to use their CC so I made my purchase on my bank CC. i will continue to use other CC and will only use NEO CC as a last resort.
