Got this in a high security situation and I am paying for it. Regularly fails to connect and options to stay connected or to choose the closest port do not work, or have been removed. The VPN is all but useless.

PURE GARBAGE. We hired nordlayer as corporate VPN paying 1000usd for the yearly plan and the VPN is practically unusable. The VPN keeps going down and is extremely slow (<1mbps). The support team is very responsive but useless as they keep recommending to change the connection protocol back and forth. After 6 months of the same issue the company still does not want to refund us and insists changing back to another protocol or spawinig another server will solve the issue.

Crashes every day! Can't have it on for home wifi because it runs as "metered" so my phone won't backup. But every time I disconnect, it logs out of the account, saying "session expired". So I'd to log in again over public WiFi!! Isn't that the point, to not reveal logins on public WiFi?!? Completely useless.
