I placed an order for Rs. 298 today on Sept 23rd, 2024. My money got deducted, but the order was never registered. There is no way to give feedback or contact customer service. Pathetic. I want a refund immediately. This has happened before also. Very unprofessional service. You must shut down the app.

Very bad. First of all delivery cancelled. Second one delayed. Not able to gey the detailed bill also. Veg pizzs are really bad compared to other retailers.

Absolutely Terrible Delivery Experience! Pizza Hut's delivery service is an absolute joke! I've never waited so long for a single item to be delivered. It's like they're taking their sweet time making it, then outsourcing the delivery to Zomato, who also seems to be in no rush. What a waste of time! From now on, I'm sticking with Dominos. They consistently deliver on time and with hot, fresh food. Pizza Hut, you've lost a customer. Never ordering from you again!
