It doesn't send notifications! The whole point of purchasing an app for these exercises is to REMIND myself to DO them. Otherwise, all the app does is count down 10 seconds per Rep, which I'm pretty sure nobody needs an app for. AND it cost £2.99! Waste of my time and money. I have done all troubleshooting to try to get notification reminders but it doesn't work. And lots of people are having this issue. Very disappointed.

Great for pelvic floor exercises with timings and reminders. Measuring fluid in/out (not mandatory) not very practical. Rather than Measuring 'In' in mL, maybe have images of different sizes. eg. cups/mugs/glasses etc. to click on, with an option of 'other' with mL. Regarding 'Out', I'm sure no woman wants to pee into a measuring jug! (and only really feasible at home). Maybe include something to add how many times get up in the night to use the loo?

Thank you for your feedback - the bladder diary is designed to match the type of diary clinicians ask patients to complete when they are being assessed for issues such as overactive bladder, and is based on a validated assessment tool. We are glad that the app is helping to support your exercise programme. Best wishes Squeezy Team

I don't often rate apps however I have to say this app has saved my pelvic floor. It came recommended by my NHS physio. Ever since I had my first child my pelvic floor has been almost non existent and despite trying myself it has never improved. I have stuck to a consistent routine with the apps help and the introductory video and timed visuals really help me to maintain slow and controlled exercises. I've only been using it for 3 weeks and it's already much improved.
