Ratings and reviews

This app is easy to use and have great variety of items to buy at a reasonable price. It also has a great feature to allow you to request for refund/return of item if you are not satisfied with the order item delivered. The only area of improvement is that Shoppee should have provided more options for collections items at lockers rather than collect at the residence area. I would prefer self collections at locker as we could collect our items at any time without any restriction of operation hour

This company has a really bad backend team, especially for sellers. Whenever we bring up a case to them, with regards to shipping overcharge or other disparities, their Shopee agents will not attend to the case as soon as possible, and even if they do, they address a different case and/or order altogether with so many details wrong, and you have to reopen the case even after three to four submissions. It's almost as if they purposely do this so that they can frustrate you enough to drop it.

There is some technical problem with the app on my Google Pixel 7 Pro. Phone will warm up quite a bit when using this app and it is very battery consuming, dropping 10% with 25 min usage. From a functionality perspective, it is fine. Some minor bugs here and there that is patched from time to time, hard to catch exactly the issue. Otherwise, it is functioning as intended.
