Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't provide it all in English though you switch the language. Searching for products in English and Thai is a very big difference. You hardly find things when you search in English as most of the products are listed in Thai. The app slows down your phone and consumes loads of battery. The only good part is promotions by Shopee which makes me stay.

So many random bugs and ads , support is only in thai. You can change app language to ENG, but there are still many things in Thai only. They keep adding useless function that only work for Thai citizen but keep poping up for non Thai people to register and activate.

What happened to your search algorithm? When I choose to search for a particular product and rank them in terms of best selling, the products that are shown, many of them, are not what I am looking for. For example, I am searching for washing powder but some snacks, underpants, tissue papers or cloth hangers are shown along side. It has happened for a few months.
