Ratings and reviews

Slowest app of any grocery chain. In the time it takes for this poorly made app just to move past the splash screen and load the main menu or whatever, i can go into literally any other grocers app and complete my grocery list. Not to mention the constant loading, even for pages that you literally just left. There is zero point to this app wasting cache space if it's just gonna spend minutes loading the same thing again. Also, if you so much as open the recent apps screen, the app reloads

App is terrible. Notifications do not work, and will not link you to the app. The affiliated apps Scene+ and mygroceryoffers are junk as well. Neither will load offers. I used to be a loyal supporter of Sobeys due to Air Miles but I think I'm moving on. I've made 4 attempts at working with live support to resolve and nothing has worked.

I switched to Sobeys just for the pharmacy due to this app as my local Shoppers Drug Mart refuses to upgrade their systems to use their app. However, this app also doesn't work for the Rx refill, all my prescriptions with their Sobeys labels, keeps telling me invalid Rx number. It's not, I've triple checked and had another person confirm no typos. Now I've wasted all this time switching pharmacies for nothing and got to switch again to find one who's doesn't lie about about features.
